Ullrich Läntzsch (55), director and script writer
(NANGA, for Joseph Vilsmaier and Reinhold Messner),
swims in the not so clean Baltic Sea
in front of the atomic power plant Olkiluoto, Finland.
On Monday, August 28, 2006, at 4:45 p.m.
after bicycling 4.880 km, through 12 countries,
in 6 weeks, 2 days and 22 hours
without a single day of rest,
from Bonifacio (Corsica) via Maloja Pass, Viena, Kiew and Helsinki.
To bring in a few arguments founded on common sense
for progress of the nasty quarrel about atomic power..
But as well to introduce a new style
because there are not brave white knights
opposing greedy mean capitalists
– nor is it simple naivité versus serious science.
